This is my original film opening idea, I feel that this
would be an effective opening because a spoof of this combination has not been
done before, it also gives us a basis of how the opening should look, I have a
clear image in my head of how this film would look, and how/where it would be
filmed. In our first lesson as a group (James Braddy, Lara Eardly,
Charlotte Gregory and myself) we decided that we would produce Lara's opening
sequence, the group decided this because they/we felt that my idea would be too
costly, although we agreed that mine was the most original we were afraid that
we may be unable to show clearly to the audience what genre this film would be,
they also felt that it may be too hard to shoot and produce the opening
sequence in the short time we had. We chose Lara's idea because it was similar and had a
clearer outline than my own, we decided that something would need to be altered
because the original idea was similar to other films; we want to make ours as original
as possible. Below is Lara's original idea.
